Expectations are unrealistic and it's a culture that values working overtime vs achieving a healthy work schedule.
Leadership is reactionary and employees are left in a constant state of disarray with unfocused areas of prioritization (or more commonly asked to prioritized *everything*).
No formalized salary review process and salaries across the company are very hidden. If you want a raise you are going to have to beg for it, and will likely be told to just hit your quarterly objectives if you want more money.
