Pros
Truno is growing as a company so there are some growing pains. The changes thus far have been for the better. The benefits are good and the pay is competitive. The company culture is upbeat on the service side, with most managers active in helping their employees succeed.
Cons
Sometimes service has to pull off miracles because either setup, install, or support have not done their job. There can be long hours making sure the customers are taken care of and everything is up and running. Upward growth is a lot slower than some would like.
