Pros
Honestly, not one I can think of.
Cons
First and foremost you can disregard most of the positive reviews this company receives. They persuade fresh faced new hires within the first month or so of their training to leave a positive review of the company without actually having company experience. They even go as far as paying their employees gift cards for leaving a good review. Low coverage benefits or extremely expensive in comparison to other companies coverages. Management is severely underpaid compared to other companies in the same market (I'm talking a 20k plus difference in base pay). To top that off they convert you to a guarantee + commission bonus plan called a selling branch manager which is in all honesty a way to avoid ever paying you a bonus or commission. You essentially have a guaranteed monthly pay (not a salary) and in order to get a pay out (for a bonus or commission) you need to make a contribution of more than that number. i.e. if you get $5000 a month in guarantee pay and you sell enough to earn $5000 in commission you will receive 0$ in commission because your guarantee covers that amount. Technicians are severely underpaid ($8-10/hour less) in comparison to other companies locally which makes it impossible to stay staffed. Most of the management is a joke and come from a zero pest control knowledge background. Expectations are set insanely high by upper managers who's workload is non-existent in comparison. Make false promises during hiring but do not come close to following through. Offers zero branch level support, you will be expected to be a Branch Manager, an admin, a technician, and a sales person.
