Pros

Flexible hours. Great coworkers. You'll stay for the people you get to work with on a daily basis.

Cons

No advancement opportunities or work-life balance. They'll demand a lot from you and give you nothing in return. No processes in place. You'll see things that are simply not normal in other companies. They engage in soul-sucking practices that negatively impact employee morale. Lack of professionalism and empathy at the executive level. Leaders of the department are cartoonishly incompetent and toxic, like Regina George/Mean Girls but in perpetual state of PMS and constant "you can't sit with us" mode (perfect examples of the Dunning–Kruger Effect in a corporate setting). HR is there for show, as they do nothing about employees' complaints and protect those at the top. Favoritism is blatant and rampant, so those outside the "inner circle" are disposable.

Pros

Market Pay, Could be a winning company with changes in culture

Cons

Direct and immediate change in culture. Time was completely wasted, lack of human empathy and respect shown by interviewers, and the truth is that the company is bleeding market share, crashing their own prices, despite product quality increasing and retail locations increasing. Why? Because everything about this company is regulation. Which honestly I am not even mad at, provided that they would use that advantage to create meaningful and powerful brands, services, and products. Instead they use the advantage to sell boof to Florida retired custies on bogo. Theres room for everyone, but if thats your model, don't walk around with such a big ego. Eventually you do it to the wrong person and they decide to let you know.

Pros

Health Benefits, learning about Cannabis

Cons

Work life balance, took salary away from most management dropped hourly pay. Consistently increasing expectations so store management isn't able to achieve bonuses. Inexperienced AG's that are on power trips, communications horrible. Teams is not a primary form of communication and ask for a thumbs up that you read it. Lower then GM apparently expected to read minds and get task completed. I could literally go on for days.
