      Team oriented bank that really goes above and beyond for its employees. They provide the tools, motivation, and training for a teammate to be successful and grow within the company.

      Worked under great leadership and with awesome teammates. Great compensation and benefits. Direct leaders listened to the input of teammates to make process better within department.

      Constant changes, so processes were never were the same after a few months.
