Pros
- Everybody's voice is heard and collaboration is encouraged. Very team forward attitude - The President is approachable and always quick to compliment - The work/life balance is easy to maintain with known on-call schedules - The company is continuing to grow and they love to promote from within
Cons
Honestly, I really can't think of one.... maybe hard to stick to a diet with all the food and deserts that get brought in!
