Pros

Allow for independent work without feeling like you are being micromanaged. Also very open atmosphere which allows for ideas for improvement in which you feel you are listened. With our new association to BNG Team in Fargo, company culture is very much a focus and being an engaged and happy employee is a big priority. Happy employees make for happy customers.

Cons

We do have a lot of independent systems to track data which can lead to some confusion about which data is correct and which tools to use but moving in the direction of more integrated solution sets in the future under the Microsoft Dynamics 365 stack of integration!

Pros

-Decent benefits (mostly to individuals not families) -Great employees -Ability to work from home in some positions Culture used to be really great prior to 2018 when they acquired Summit Group Software and a few other smaller IT companies. It just grew beyond the leadership’s scope of knowledge and has since fizzled out to a company of penny pincher micromanagers who keep making the wrong decisions at the expense of their clients and employees (some layoffs occurred). There has been a ton of turnover and they keep replacing employees with fresh-out-of-college, inexperienced individuals who are cheap, but can’t get up to speed fast enough to meet deadlines. Zac, the owner, is all talk but won’t take the experienced individual experts (the few left) at the company’s advice. But now they’ve been “partnered” with BNG, and hopefully things will change for the better. Eventually the TrueIT brand will just disappear, along with its terrible management. It’s really sad because it could have been something great, but the few leaders at the company really messed everything up, and even worse, they’ve not taken responsibility.

Cons

-Terrible leadership -Poor training -Lack of resources to get job done ...see above comments
