No peace of mind, no professionalism, generally low standards of learning and work assignments. No value of employee's time, health and life. You can definitely do better than this company.
I understand my work nature and its the best food for my challenges, one who wanted to live with challenges its the right place. one can learn a lot from this company nd all other stuffs- I am happy to work under with my CEO. My salary is more then the out side market. I do get performance bonus often.
