While remote work has its advantages, we recognize that maintaining meaningful connections is crucial. In addition to our virtual meetups and game nights, we’ve been actively working on fostering connections at the team and function levels through off-sites. We’re also creating more location-based opportunities through Crew Connections, where employees can meet up in smaller groups based on their geographic area.
