Pros

Its a good environment when you first start, they take care of you and "promise" youll have your own company with in 9-18 months youll be your own boss if you can work hard for it. even your first promotion will be in 2-3 weeks if you can sell to the customers. other than that the only Pro is it look good on a resume.

Cons

They dont come through, they'll promote you and pump you up with there nightly meeting (non - paid) and early morning phone calls(non- paid) . but that's it your sales has to be good to get your commission, if you dont meet their quota you get less hours till they run you out. Some of the people there do mean well, but other like the "ceo" and "business partners" look out for them selves. they have nightly calls and talk about who is next to be fired, and who will take their place.

True Vision Enterprises Response

Thanks for the feedback! In regards to employees being promised management and ownership, growth in our firm is something based on what the individual wants. We do not promise any promotions to our employees, all promotions are merit based. In turn, we actually have quite a few part time employees that are seasonal that are not looking for growth but experience. As far as the marketing and sales goes, it is absolutely our policy that those who bring in more revenue deserve higher pay. When it comes to the optional conference calls, they are exactly that - optional. These calls are set up and designed for additional training and learning for those who choose to take advantage of them. We also publicize the travel opportunities within our office for those who are interested in growing with the company into a management role. Every year our company sends the best performers on a trip out of the country for our annual awards meeting and an opportunity to enjoy time off. Thank you for your time with us and your feedback. We wish you the best on your future endeavors!

Pros

You are surrounded by business owners and exposed to the way they think, build habits, and duplicate those things onto others. You really learn how to build a entrepreneurial system and if you are looking for that, I’d say this opportunity is an OK start to see if entrepreneurship is for you. What you learn can be applied in other endeavors.

Cons

It’s no different than a pyramid scheme. The loophole here is you don’t pay to get in, you pay with your time outside of normal business hours. instead of paying upfront like a pyramid scheme, you have to prove yourself through training, get promoted to corporate trainer, and then your responsible fro building your own team/business. Outside of normal business hours, you’ll be responsible for planning/paying for activities that “keep your team together”. Whether its dinner, bowling, etc. you pretty much are required to do these things on a weekly/daily basis if you want to move ahead in the management training program they have in place. Ultimately, its up to you on how you want to run your “team/business”, but your “team/business” is under an umbrella of True Vision Enteprises and other companies nationally who are making the most $$$ based on how many “business” they launch and maintain. The amount of time you put towards building a team, you really wont have time for anyone else outside the true vision enterprises business. So if your big on family and don’t have a lot of help at home etc., this isn’t for you.
