Pros
Fixed hours perfect for those who have families. The management is also understanding with family emergencies
Cons
Barely above minimum wage. Issues with staff being verbally abusive accepted by management without anything done. Patients are impatient and on a nearly daily basis will yell at the staff. Most stressful job I've ever had with the least amount of pay.
