You can learn a lot from the management here, and they are very supportive. You don't need a lot or any telecom experience to be successful with this company, but you will need some patience. The company invests majority of its resources into what they consider the backbone of the company - the sales reps. The work environment is fun, and the employees, for the most part, are happy.
Cons
Because the company is within the building process, there are some elements/tools that are not in place just yet. With this in mind, the pressure is on to make the company and all its employees successful.
