No transparency and hierarchy in team members. Zero communication of team members and leaders. Manipulative colleagues (credit chor) and unprofessional, biased selfish upper management. Shut down the entire Quant and Tech teams who have been working hard to innovate and achieve goals, only because some people formed a cult to manipulate the decision makers.
