Leadership responsibilities are assigned based on a combination of capability, demonstrated performance, potential, and business requirements—not tenure alone. That said, we recognize that effective people management requires continuous development, and we continue to invest in strengthening our managers through regular leadership development initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
