      Pros

      Work at the CEC is challenging but rewarding. The place now has focus and goals whereas before it was a free for all. Upper management is visible and approachable. The ethos is changing for the better but as always some don’t like the new focus.

      Cons

      Some like the old regime - do what you want (Netflix n chill!) and they are the biggest challenge.

      Pros

      It was a great team of lads that I worked with and that helps you get through the day. I won't lie, the work is hard but the rewards are worth it. Health and safety is big at tructyre and their main goal is the keep you safe and not work you into the ground. Throughout the years I've worked at many a tyre firm and in all honesty Tructyre has to come above the rest. This helps more when you have a good manager and the lads you work with have your back like they did with me. I only left due to moving out of the area to an area that there wasn't a tructyre or I would have 100% put in for a transfer.

      Cons

      Sometimes the late finish now and again can be annoying but it's the job. No matter which firm you work for it will always be the same.

      Pros

      I have worked in large national company's previously, i can honestly say that Tructyre genuinely care about the all colleagues within the business, Health and Safety, welfare and engagement is very important, I would highly recommend working for Tructyre, i have never looked back!
