Pros
I started with TruGreen as an entry level sales rep in 1985. No sales experience. Wanted to grow into management. Today, 31 years later, here I sit running an $8M branch only because the company is all about giving people opportunity go grow, to learn and to take on more! we've been through highs and lows and tons of changes over the years, but I truly believe in the people that run our organization and believe they have the best interest of their employees and their customers in the forefront! This is a great place to work and to start/grow a career
Cons
If you want slow pace, easy, pressure-free than don't come work here. Admittedly TruGreen asks a lot of their employees at every level. We work extremely hard here, and this isn't for some people. We put in the hours at certain times of the year, as there is certainly somewhat of a seasonality functionality. Furthermore, I don't agree with every decision that is made, as this is a corporation and it isn't "Jon's lawncare", but it goes to say that this is true with any company in existence!
