Pros
Pay is about middle of the pack. Best perk is the 401k.
Cons
Nepotism. Never given appropriate information to do your job. Leaders who manipulate, back stab. Some are hired just to fill racial quotas but are dumbing down the employee base. Zero morale and unconcerned management who could care less. Management depends too much on input from supervisors, 1st line managers and leaders, they never ask the troops! They are to affraid to deal with negative feedback about management (individuals). HR policies are open ended and managers/supers are allowed to interpret as they see fit. Much bias is used due to that and favoritism rules, especially if you are family/friend of leader/manager/supervisor/vp. Employees who try to advance themselves are plotted against. "Old guard" employees who do more harm than good are looked at by management as heros even though they are cause of problems. No real team work, even though they toss the term around. Women who are non management are not paid fairly. You can never do a good job the first time because of information flow and management always trying to beat delivery dates, starting programs too soon and not having any leverage what so ever with customer base. Any attempts to try to provide input to make your job or work easier or any attempt to try to grow above others is met with intolerance and belittlement. Overtime and work distribution have double standards within the groups. Some are worked like dogs while others are allowed to skate (surf all day).
