- Many of people that work in the organization are compassionate and want to make work fun and get the job done - The company is late to becoming a modern organization, but finally catching up with current perks and benefits lile work from home
Cons
- Lack of growth opportunities - Interdepartmental conflict - Opportunities for change in methods and practices are frowned upon - Salaries are not commensurate to work for many - Understaffed and staff hired not qualified - Work life balance non-existent - Unfair cycle of nepotism for legacy staff - Many tasks are passed around departments with no accountability
