It is mostly sports work.

Most of the people are friendly, extremely talented and passionate about what they do. High profile projects with high profile brands. Great end results! I've always been proud of the work produced during my time at Troika.

Culture used to be a big selling point for Troika however things have taken a turn for the worse ever since they moved into a new and larger building. People were always inspired and having fun in the past but now it feels as if everyone is overworked, underpaid, and demoralized. Everyday became about putting out the next biggest fire and supporting the company but that effort was rarely ever reciprocated to the staff. Low compensation. (Especially if you foreign) Long days and weekends are common. Not much room for growth -- Constantly hiring from the outside to fill in roles above current positions. Not paying freelancers -- ruins working relationships and destroys the company's and individual worker's reputation. Just plain unethical. There is a list of people that are owed thousands and thousands of dollars.
