Cons
Let me share with you my brief experience with this employer.
I applied to a part time IT position and made it clear during the interview that I needed to stay part time. This was okay'd and I was ready to go to orientation. I sit down at orientation and I'm handed my employee information sheet that states I'm a FULL TIME employee. I contact my manager at the end of the day and his response is something along the lines of "you will only be full time during training - maximum of a month". I decided I could work with this.
A month goes by. A second month goes by. Four months go by and I'm still full time. Finally after 6-7 months of either full time or close to full time hours my work load dies down because other staff had been hired.
In short, this is a problem with management. I'm not sure if this was deliberate lying, or just stringing along until more staff was hired. I was hired under the premise of working part time, and was given full time work without permission.
The other reviews on this page are spot-on. There are many unnecessary management positions. It is close to impossible to move up and forward with a career here. Raises are non-existent and benefits are "meh". Don't get yourself stuck here, take the time to find a better employer.
