Pros

The UX team, some of product, and lower ranking staff are genuinely good people. There is some kind of free/catered food on most work days if your in office.

Cons

- The company has no grasp of it's business cases. - The business has nobody formally trained in development maturity and no continuing education program so it's the blind leading the blind. - The dev team has zero UX maturity. - Company leaders are incompetent but also are self aware of their lack of knowledge. Instead of looking at this as an opportunity to grow they keep secrets, lie about their fluency. It makes it impossible to solve business problems and vast sums of money is wasted. - Company doesn't support accessibility/a11y. - The company pay level is bottom band because their too busy wasting it on incorrect staff distribution and people doing tasks poorly outside of their job description.

Pros

Talented Engineers. Surrounded by people that lof the craft of SWE.

Cons

Onboarding takes too many iterations on authorizations for new hires or when teams change.

Pros

Tpay as a whole is a great company, they are awesome at what they do! Great culture

Cons

Upper management is horrible in most departments! No change to grow or succeed, AVP’s in most departments all came from sister concern TBC, They didn’t let anyone from the team grow. Avp has no leadership skills, unable to manage team, doesn’t know what he’s doing. No communication skills, no training skills. Leadership needs to look into changing up upper management. Get rid of them and create a whole new A team. Company has a lot of potential with the right team, the current team is causing a lot of turn overs and once again they don’t have the skills to lead a team.
