Former employee of Wernerco, their portfolio company based in Itasca, IL. The Triton Advisory Committee (Board of Directors equivalent) has no integrity and is completely untrustworthy. The Triton executives include Ruth Linz, Michael Gahleitner and Martin Bertinchamp. They broke trust with the senior leaders through a lack of transparency, deception and lies and can never get it back. Sadly, they are the biggest problem the company faces in its transformation journey.

Switched on team. Deep operational focus and capabilities.

Compensation and career progression structure is broken.
