This company pretends to care about the wellbeing of it's employees but like many corporations it's a smokescreen. If you dare to question management or company policies the employees are hounded out. I was told I was being made redundant days before the birth of my first child. If you're prepared to tow the company line, kiss the management backside or turn a blind eye to obvious favouritism you'll fit right in.
