I am the new Managing Director at this facility. I can appreciate your comments and witnessed this as I started in July. We have made significant changes in the management team and have also listened to our employees as they have expressed issues with processes. Changing a culture is the most difficult task for any business but we have started our journey and are realizing some good results.
