Pros
This company continually promotes personal/professional growth, networking and leadership opportunities, as well as cultivates a strong mentality. There is a ton of room for professional advancement, with comprehensive training and mentoring each step of the way, so you're are never on your own! There is a variety of career paths offered with this company, so you can really find something that suits you perfectly. Additionally, the atmosphere in the office is always warm and inviting. I have received nothing but encouragement and support from my coworkers, starting from day one. I have built some of the strongest, long lasting professional relationships from working with this company.
Cons
The only downside I've seen since starting here is sometimes the management team can be a little frustrating to work with. It's not a common occurrence but it is notable none the less.
