Middle and upper management don't provide any type of leadership. Concerns that are brought to them are quickly dismissed and never addressed. The trainers are a joke. Everyone including management knows it, but nothing is done to rectify the situation. If you are not one of the "favorites", you will be desertifyed greatly limiting the locations and amount of hours you can work. They do not train to help you succeed. They train to catch you in a mistake to write you up to justify their position. Horrible business practices.
