Pros
When tasked to do so, you can make a real difference in the performance of the company. Generally speaking the people are awesome and good team-members. Pay is great at HQ, probably too high for most people.
Cons
Too many unqualified people are allowed too make out of their lane decisions that affect other people's work and jobs. Recent layoffs were handled VERY poorly by HR. Not a lot of recent contract wins.
