Cons
I have worked in several roles throughout my career, but I have never encountered a company with such a poor culture as Tripalink. The management team, particularly the CTO and CPO, Andrew, is extremely unprofessional, lacking basic communication skills, extremely rude to employees, and lacks even basic product knowledge around the space. He works "very hard" but the company is getting nowhere under his leadership. In the past five months, the company hired 5-7 product and engineering professionals—only to terminate all of them. This level of turnover reflects a highly unstable work environment. The company culture is toxic, with an expectation of working 60-80 hours per week. The entire company is lead by Chinese leaders, so company culture and hours reflect. If you are considering joining Tripalink as a tech employee, particularly in product or engineering, I strongly advise you to reconsider. Nearly every tech employee is looking at other opportunities. This is the place to work if you have absolutely no options, and the moment you start, you start looking elsewhere.
