The Worst Company Ever!!! - Anonymous employee Tripalink Employee Review

Tripalink is a company with a toxic work environment. The CEO is a bully who yells at employees, blames them for mistakes, and threatens to fire them. The vice president is also a bully who invalidates employees' work and makes them start over. The top management team is only interested in making money from investors, and they don't care about the employees at all. The company builds its buildings with cheap materials, and the quality is extremely poor. There are leaks everywhere, and many of the buildings were even built against regulations. The company pays its employees extremely low salaries, and there is basically no way to get a raise. In the meantime, the workload becomes more and more. There is also no place for employees to eat lunch in the office, because the CEO doesn't like the smell of their food. I would never recommend anyone working for Tripalink. The company is a total joke, and the management team is unethical, unprofessional, and constantly pressures employees. By the way, almost every positive review here were written by employees who’s been forced to do it.
