Pros

The only pro is, its way easy to get into TripStack.

Okay so lets do this pointwise 1. Recognization. You will never get recognized for your work. I worked on a project and was developed totally which would have saved good amount of money, but the company never trust Indian developers. 2. Politics. There is high level politics at management level. During lay off director says he has discussed with teams leads and took a decision at the same time we see team leads to be shocked by hearing the names of people fired. 3. Timings. During the start of career tech lead assured that there will be flexible timings and WFH policy, but in recent period they have started 12-9 time and if someone complaints about time then management directly ask to leave the company. 4. Ratings and hike. Your hike is based on rating which is common in most of the companies. But in other companies management does have one on one with that person regarding the ratings, TripStack wont be able to do this as it will clearly open their politics behind those rating. 5. Lay off. You will always have a hanging sword on your head. Although you give your 100% you will never be confident that its not your turn this time. 5. False promises. There were a lot of false promises, first they said they will give quarterly incentives but after completing 2 quarters they said we are sorry we said it mistakenly. Secondly when they changed timing to 12-9 they said we will provide cab service but again we just got sorry. 7. I think the management is trying to get parent company employe here by firing TripsStack employees. This list can continue but i think these are enough points to NOT JOIN TRIPSTACK

Pros

This company values a positive company culture and really makes an effort to make their staff feel valued. The HR team plans monthly social events. Staff lunch every Wednesday. The executives are so chill! They have lunch with the rest of the team and play ping pong. With half the company being in India they are always stressing how we are all one company. Everyone is genuinely kind and helpful!

Cons

Bring more people back to the office, it’s more fun! But nothing too serious of a con to list
