Pros

The environment between colleagues is good, free coffe available, useful insurance coverage,weekends off and pizza benefit sometimes.

Cons

Micromanagement is at present all the time, sometimes you get chase cause a chat/call is taking long, every month you get rated , good performance does not matter, they focus on errors only. Procedures are changing all the time and there's unclear instructions about how to proceed depending the situation. Agents are handling chats and calls at the same time, it is impossible to focus and meet the target that the company is asking for. Growing chances are limited.
