      Team-building Social Activities and Outdoor Meetings Health insurance and perks Cultural, Integrative Effort Salary (good, but always could be better!)

      Cons

      Barely few changes for promotion or self-development Low resources for agents' self-development into new areas or skills, or lack of staff for doing refreshments in all departments. Lack of information regarding the foreseeable future within our Team (goals, projects, milestones, etc.). Sometimes it feels like we are walking blindfolded
