      Pros? What is that? Probably the fact that they will provide consistent work in all my months with them.

      Cons

      Low Pay, and I mean low pay The editors provide different feedback and will confuse you because there are different editors with different perspectives. The company won't listen to you; they will always look out for themselves. That is why they are always hiring because of a high employee turnover rate. I'm not even sure how I lasted months with them. They're the worst. Even worse than the content mills.

      - Remote setup - Flexibility in leaves - Friendly and helpful colleagues

      Cons

      - Tendency to micromanage employees, a sign of the lack of trust that they have - You get pulled into meetings all of a sudden without letting you know about the agenda/what you need to prepare beforehand - Little to no benefits; no opportunities for salary increase - More focused on quantity instead of quality
