Pros
It can happen that you land with a nice manager and that they get the right resources for you. If not, just go for something else. You'll find nice colleagues but unfortunately they too will leave.
Cons
* If you have a bad manager you are screwed, exactly as in any grey company or even worse. * You'll get less salary or other advantages than in most grey companies. Because it's for a good cause and all of that. * For IT positions there is literally NO growing plan. Your role as you got in is for life unless you make political friends. *Overall is a very hierarchical place and Dutch is the main language. Be ready to plunge into some of the worst parts of Dutch culture.
