Cons

What a highly charged political environment - leadership will not honest with you but will gang up on you behind you back and because they are all friends, you don't have a chance. This is why no one will challenge the establishment for fear they will lose their jobs - go work for their competitors instead - do not work for Trintech! Blackline is a better option

I enjoy the work I do, And I really like my manager.

Cons

Haven’t added a new employee to my team in the US office since Ive been here. Nobody else I work with is my age.
