Pros

They take care of you once you have been there a while. At first they are a little cheap with compensation and vacation but after you have been there a year they start to give you more incentives. Short and long term stocks, bonus, etc. Bonus was very good. Great at leadership development and great leadership (not in the business unit i was in)

Cons

Like i said in the last line, the leadership in my business unit was pretty bad. Arrogant and judged the book by the cover, did not spend any time seeing what you have actually done. I guess you can go a long way if you can chat about football, beer and women. I personally like to advance by merit and hard work. That did not happen in towers. But i know many business units and they are not like that in others. Vacation sucks, got 10 days when i joined as a senior manager

Pros

>People are easy going. Smaller facility which helps build relationships with those outside your department. >Depending on role, can make responsibilities given "your own." More of a self-managed environment

Cons

>Hitting production numbers seem to be the only priority that matters most the time >Long hours and overtime can interfere with life outside of work >Work conditions on shop floor sub-par >Introducing change is very difficult to do here
