Would Not Recommend — Disorganized and Unsupportive - Physical Therapist Trinity Rehab Employee Review

From the start, my experience with this company was disappointing. Orientation lasted less than an hour, and there was no structured mentorship program to support new employees. Management overall is poor, and upper management is rarely present unless there’s an issue — often resulting in being reprimanded rather than supported. The work environment is discouraging. Sessions are scheduled for 40 minutes each but spread across a large campus, making it nearly impossible to meet unrealistic productivity standards. Benefits are subpar, and the health insurance provided is not accepted at most major facilities. There is no room for professional growth or a clinical ladder to advance within the company. Overall, the lack of organization, support, and growth opportunities makes this a very challenging and unsatisfying place to work.
