Pros

Decent Pay, Benefits are good, time off is great, small growing company so you aren't "just a number" but rather when you attend corporate meetings, trainings, or functions, the upper management usually recognizes you.

Cons

I am sure it is different in each area, but at times it is impossible to get in touch with upper management when needed.

Pros

First and foremost is the people. They are all professional, collegial and committed to the success of their employees and owners.

Cons

Like many established and reputable companies located in downtown Boston, being “in” the city has its challenges. Tavel time in and out was longer due to so many vehicles trying to pack that area daily. I needed to have my car with my job responsibilities so public transportation was not an option. For those that could use it, life was a breeze!

Pros

The atmosphere is very welcoming and the people you work alongside are kind. You feel as though you are part of a team and work together towards some goals. The workload was not overwhelming and despite being there for only four months, per my contract, I was able to build connections with residents and coworkers.

Cons

The work is repetitive. While this is expected at most jobs, I found the days slightly blending together due to the repetitive nature of the work. Some residents were unpleasant. As an administrative assistant, it was my job to deal with unruly and sometimes hysterical residents. The neighborhood is safe, but some residents were slightly aggressive.
