- High turnovers, many capable and talented people left or on the way out
- Externally hired engagement managers are either underperforming or not doing their job at all, while internally promoted EMs could be a hit-or-miss
- Lack of consultants, with SCs (lacking growth opportunities) and ACs (inexperienced) to fill the working team
- Credit is not recognized, performance is not rewarded
- Favoritism is extremely evident, making promotions non-merit-based (Top-performers might not be promoted due to subjective/BS reasons, less competent colleagues might be promoted due to favoritism even with comparable/worse shortcomings)
- LTs kept on making empty promises they could not fulfill
- The HR team is often dysfunctional and unprofessional
- LT and some MTs are evident with confirmation and self-serving bias (hearing what they want to hear, and ignoring what they don't)
- Compensation is lower than industry standards at the same level
