Cons

Focus on quantity over quality in terms of project volume, managed revenue targets that are unreasonable and not adjusted based on external factors

I really appreciate you taking the time to leave this well thought-out review. We hear you that outstanding employees should be recognized. As we grow, this is something that our People Operations team is working on improving and hopefully you see the effects of that soon. I'll be passing this on to our team so we make sure to think about this with our approach to performance management. - Sarah Zeoli

Pros

Strong cross-functional collaboration across teams, with a genuine openness to feedback and iteration. There’s meaningful opportunity to shape processes, frameworks, and go-to-market materials, so your work can have real impact. You get exposure to strategic initiatives and leadership conversations beyond your immediate role. The team is made up of thoughtful, capable colleagues who care about delivering high-quality work, and there’s a consistent focus on improving and refining outputs.

Cons

With continued growth, there is an opportunity to further mature and standardize processes to drive greater consistency and efficiency at scale. Enhancing clarity around frameworks and cross-functional alignment will further strengthen execution as priorities continue to evolve.

Pros

Good exposure to cutting edge innovation in life sciences industry, strong mentorship, some leaders genuinely care about you and your contributions

Cons

After associate Principal, the path to leadership is slow and vague. Burnout common among management team members. Large attrition seen in Senior Consultants and Engagement Managers and not enough is done to backfill with experienced hires
