      Supervisor is as kind and understanding as they come.

      Cons

      Since Mercy transitioned to Trinity a few years ago, it seems as though the big wigs have been focusing more on numbers rather than people, so that's been an unwelcome shift.

      Pros

      Good benifits and PTO accrued time off.

      Cons

      Micro managed and toxic work environment. The managers are always asking for you to do more then what is in your job description without and extra pay. They micromanage clock k times, lunch breaks and PTO time requested.
