      Pros

      Home/ work life, the benefits are good.

      Cons

      They don’t give you a choice if you want to use your PTO or not, your PTO and sick time are combined. Management has their Favorites and rules only apply to certain people. Their is no growth within the company

      PTO & benefits are good, but not out of the ordinary for other hospitals

      Cons

      Had to practically beg for a raise, while knowing that I was making at least 10% less than nurses with similar experience in same job
