Anthony,
We always appreciate feedback and welcome it as you know. In the 4 months that your performance and attitude started to decline, we worked with you bi-weekly at first, then weekly, then daily trying to increase your overall attitude and toxicity that was bleeding over into our entire team. We even attempted to promote you at one time, which you declined. We asked for feedback and how we could help you, and you shut down and refused to communicate with us.
We would definitely advise that when accusing someone of being "high" that you make sure there is factual evidence (which there is not), this is defamation.
We invest heavily in our team, and expect them to invest in themselves.
We care about our team professionally and personally, which you yourself experienced when your girlfriend's father passed away unexpectedly and we donated to her so she could go to to Seattle. We go above and beyond for our entire team, but we do expect them to do the same for the others on the team.
Under no circumstances have we ever shorted a check, we give written documentation out of our software showing exactly how many hours are turned and exactly how much each pay check is. We are 100% transparent with all of our numbers, including showing you the difference in what your compensation would have been had you accepted the promotion we attempted to give you at your 1 year review.
Yes, when you were terminated due to poor behavior, you did forfeit the remainder of your PTO, as outlined in our handbook. We cannot pay someone who loses their job due to being a toxic employee.
Trinity Auto Care is in this for our team and our community. We must have high standards for the entire team.
We wish you all the best Anthony. We hope you find what you're looking for
