Senior leadership creates a culture of toxicity, and employee vs. employee, wrapped in a bow of “collaboration” and “team building.” Unrealistic expectations with no support, tools or resources. Choices in leadership and strategic decisions made in the past couple of years are incomprehensible. Employees live in fear of the next futile directive that will be flippantly lobbed their way. Employees are not valued, are disposable, and loyalty means nothing. The status of Trine will not improve until there is a change in senior leadership.
