1. Late Salary 2. Creepy enviornment 3. you are in a govt office as they work for only govt project, so you are using very dirty, nasty, unhygienic washrooms. 4. No skill base gain, as they work on backdated method. cause their managers are not capable to handle new technology. also employees stay here only for 1 year. 5. they never worked on any frameworks. 6. forget about leave 7. forget about confirmation before 8/9 months. it's depends on their managers mood 8. ohh you are asking for 5 days a week ??? get lost...they worked for 7 days also. 9. your personal life will be hell 10. are you ready to work for minimum 10/11 hours per day???? 11.APPRAISAL: forget about percentage wise appraisal.....here you will get 500/1000 rs or maximum 2000 rs p.m hike 12. projects lavels are too low.
