Tremendous employee appreciation. Great team work, weekly pay, quarterly wage increases. We have multiple monthly employee recognition parties. Support always available and helpful. Trilogy sets you up for success no matter your position. We only take residents we can care for so it makes it easy for our nurses and aides to prepare for their day.
