      One of the better and more stable private credit companies out there Decent company culture

      Cons

      -Aging executive leadership with Gents in their 70's and above so lack any real innovation - Some of the new leaders being added to the leadership are not good people leaders, so it will be interesting to see how the company culture changes over the next 5 years

      Direct access to senior management. Flat structure with ability to participate in all areas of the business.
