Cons
1. Zero work life balance. 2. No proper structure of hierarchy 3. All the candidates hired for the client are for C2H (Contract to hire) and have zero chance to become permanent. 4. The candidate hired will be sacked if the project ends with the client and there settlement will be done only after 90 Days from the day they are sacked. 5. The Service or process HR team are worst the have no clue how the process work and take the own time to process Joining or reliving the candidate. 6. All Accounts manager have no brain of there own and sing/dance to the tune of there puppeteer (Directors) 7. If you have nay shed of self respect you will not survive in this company as people expect you to worship them. 8. Its worst to work on any role for this company let be direct or C2H employee 9. They have a stupid notice period of 60 DAY irrespective of the tenure. 10. Its a target based company and people are considered performer only via the numbers irrespective of the role client of grade of profile. 11. The lowest pay in the market. 12. Zero growth 13. Did i mention that you will receive company Induction program not on the first day/first month of joining the company. I got my Induction program after 6th Month of working here. I can go on and on with the negative regarding this company. But on short I advice/request all Candidates to please avoid this company as it will ruin your life.
