It's a small company. Directly linked to C-level management
Cons
Trigence is a sweat shop. Management at one point mandated employees work weekends, as opposed to allowing flexible "overtime". The company has had three CEO since it started and numerous VP of Engineering. Company has been in start-up mode for 6 years. Very little market penetration. Constantly reinventing itself.
