      Pros

      The different locations work in independent cells, which makes them flat and flexible/open to change. No strict hierarchy and an open and social team atmosphere. Intelligent and friendly bunch of people. Very suitable for self-starters that are not afraid to speak their minds or pick up a professional challenge.

      Cons

      Don't expect to be managed a lot. No clear opportunities for growth.

      they offer decent pay scale and benefits

      Cons

      People in leadership roles who have no leadership skills, who lack commitment or loyalty to anyone other than themselves, they offer no training or guidance, they outright lie to their employees and customers. There is no communication and days/weeks/months can go by without a single point of collaboration. I dont see how this company will last another 5 years. I would never recommend them to anyone for work or business.
